Can I Still Purchase a Home?
Just released this week was Phase One of the Governor Ron DeSantis’ plan to “re-open” Florida.
On Monday morning, the Governor’s stay-at-home order was officially lifted, with his phase one plan going into effect. According to this order, “all person’s in Florida are to continue to limit their personal interactions outside the home while allowing the continuation of services and activities considered “essential services” by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.”
With that, manufactured home building, retail sales, and property management have been deemed “essential services”.
